I went to lunch at Kindee, a Thai restaurant in Minneapolis near the Guthrie. The ambiance was very bright and cheery, but the food was sub-par. The fresh springrolls were so cilantro-heavy (and I love cilantro), that it killed a lot of the other flavors. The sauce on the Pad Thai was very weak and did not have the signature peanut sauce taste. There was also zero spice to the Pad Thai. Overall, very boring food.
