Last night I went to Keegan's Irish Pub in Nordeast Minneapolis. It's the perfect place for the holiday season, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I had the St. James Gate, the irish version of a French Dip. It was delicious and the potato wedge fries were perfectly seasoned. My boyfriend got a burger with cream cheese and jalepenos on it that he was quite the fan of. Tuesdays and Thursday Keegan's features trivia twice a night. The questions are very random and from every genre imaginable. The announcer makes it fun, but there are some regulars who basically dominate. The evening's highlight for me? The bloody mary, complete with a pickle, olive, celery, bacon, and a hard-boiled egg!
