Yesterday morning I went to brunch at the Good Day Cafe in St. Louis Park off 394. I can honestly day I think they have one of the best eggs Benedict in the Twin Cities. There are several options of what Benedict you can get. There's the classic option, which is your standard Benedict. There's one with crab cakes substituted for the Canadian bacon. I think my favorite is Paisley's Benedict, which is smothered in fresh guacamole. The sides of GDC potatoes are perfectly seasoned and way better than your standard hashbrowns. And I had a bite of their strawberry and cream cheese blinis....yummmmm.....
